Applications invited for export awards
In its 51st year, the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) and the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) co-present the Australian Export Awards, one of the longest-running business awards events in Australia. The awards program has commenced its 2013 campaign to crown Australia’s exporting success stories.
The awards showcase Australia’s culture of excellence in international business, highlighting the stellar achievements of our exporters working in traditional disciplines as well as those at the frontiers of innovation. With 12 national awards categories, including a new ‘Health & Biotechnology’ category, businesses of all types and sizes are invited to apply.
International exposure, recognition and high-level networking opportunities are just some of the benefits of participating in the program. This year’s national category winners will also receive up to 40 hours of tailored services from Austrade.
Entry is via your state or territory export awards program. Winners from these eight programs automatically progress to the Australian Export Awards, competing on a national stage. One of the 12 national category winners will be personally selected for the ultimate accolade - the Prime Minister’s Australian Exporter of the Year.
Applications are now open across Australia, so apply now and be rewarded for your international success. For more information, visit www.exportawards.gov.au.
