ARRM opts for voluntary receivership
Monday, 16 May, 2005
Sources close to Adelaide-based Advanced Rapid Robotic Manufacturing have revealed that the company has gone into voluntary receivership.
Staff are not answering phones and Australian Biotechnology News was unable to reach ARRM director George Kraculjac for comment.
Considered one of Australia's more promising medical equipment companies, ARRM was one of 20 local organisations that traveled to the annual Pittcon laboratory technology show earlier this year in Orlando Florida, where it is understood that its robotic equipment for high-throughput drug screening garnered strong interest among delegates.
Directors were attempting a restructure of the company. It is unknown whether any further funding will be secured.
