Chemeq company secretary steps down

Chemeq's (ASX:CMQ) company secretary Adam Deane has advised the company that he intends to step down. He is the third person from the company's executive team to leave since mid-December.

The company said it would announce plans for his successor at the shareholder meeting scheduled for March 23, 2005.

Director Paul Grujic and CFO Ian Purdy have also resigned from the company. Deane says he intends to pursue other career options.
