Clinical Network Services (CNS) has established a presence in the US and appointed a business development manager for the market.

The new San Francisco office Clinical Network Services USA will serve to help clients seeking to engage with the FDA and enable CNS to act as a US agent in support of these interactions.

It will complement the company’s established BioDesk regulatory and product development consulting services in Australia and Europe.

CNS Director of BioDesk Mark Reid said the company established a presence in Europe last year and the US expansion builds on this move.

“In the last 12 months, we have responded to client requests to provide a broader and deeper international scope to our established BioDesk brand,” he said.

“Establishing CNS US Inc now provides BioDesk with a new platform from which it can continue to respond to that demand and provide integrated access to the FDA. It is incredibly important that we provide genuine expertise in the major regulatory environments.”

CNS has appointed Megan Hill as its US business development manager. Hill has years of regulatory consulting and business development experience concentrating on orphan products.
