Eureka Prize entries close this week
Entries for the 2015 Australian Museum Eureka Prizes close on Friday 1 May 2015 at 7 pm AEST. Presented annually by the Australian Museum, the awards recognise outstanding achievements in Australian science and science communication.
A range of prizes is on offer across the areas of research and innovation, leadership, science communication and journalism, and school science:

- Emerging Leader in Science
- Leadership in Science
- Outstanding Mentor of Young Researchers
- Promoting Understanding of Australian Science Research
- Science Journalism
- Science Photography
- Sleek Geeks Science Eureka Prize - Primary
- Sleek Geeks Science Eureka Prize - Secondary
Finalists will be announced on 24 July and the award dinner will be held on 26 August.
