In brief: Regenera, Compumedics, SciGen

Regenera (ASX:RGA) has appointed Hon Dr Michael Woodridge as non-executive chairman effective immediately, subject to shareholder approval. Woodridge is a former federal minister for health and is currently chairman of Neurosciences Australia, the Cooperative Research Centre in Oral Health Science, Resonance Health (ASX:RHT), Dia-B (ASX:DIA) and a board member of Cogstate (ASX:CGS), Research Australia and the Centre for Eye Research Australia.

Koichiro Koike has resigned as a director of Compumedics (ASX:CMP) due to health reasons. The company has yet to decide on a replacement and when that will occur.

Dr Colin Goldschmidt and Chris Wilks will today step down as directors of SciGen (ASX:SIE) due to their time commitments to Sonic Healthcare, a company which spun out of SciGen in 2002.
