Nikon Perfect Focus System for live cell imaging
The third generation of Nikon’s Perfect Focus System (PFS) has been released. The product combats the challenges of live-cell imaging by eliminating focus-drift, which reduces the reliability of acquired data.
Features include: wider usable excitation wavelength range; maintained focus at deeper depths; compatible with plastic dishes and well plates. For multiphoton use, the product operates over a larger range of imaging wavelengths, increasing the flexibility of fluorophores that can be used.
