The NanoDrop ND-3300 Fluorospectrometer enables accurate analyses of fluorescent samples across the wavelength range 400 to 900 nm, without filter changes. Excitation occurs from one of three LED sources: UV, blue or white. Light is emitted at a 90° angle and is then measured using a CCD detector.

The ND-3300's sample retention system measures 1-2 µL of sample, eliminating the need for cuvettes and capillaries and making sample loading quick and easy. Following sample removal, the optics are easily cleaned with a laboratory wipe.

Applications for the ND-3300 include detection of dsDNA labelled with PicoGreen, RNA labelled with RiboGreen or proteins labelled with NanoOrange. FITC, Cy-Alexa Fluor, Quinine Sulfate and Sulforhodamine can also be detected.

Finally, an HPLC detector so practical and superior, it eclipses all others.

  • High sensitivity for all applications.
  • Wide and useful dynamic range.
  • Consistent response independent of chemical structure.
  • The ideal addition to any HPLC system.

The Corona® Charged Aerosol Detector.

The first truly new HPLC detector in 20 years.
