The Smeg GW1060 laboratory washer with liquid dose pump, thermal convection drying and dual customisable programs is suitable for schools, universities and small research laboratories.

With many features not previously available at this level, the glassware washing machine is Italian designed and made from good quality stainless steel inside and out to provide reliability over the long term. All materials used in the construction of this washer have been engineered to resist very high temperatures in combination with exposure to corrosive substances.

A compact, safe and standardised glassware washer disinfector specifically designed for laboratory and institutional applications, it is an efficient appliance able to provide clean glassware in general chemical, organic and petrochemical laboratories. The laboratory washer-disinfector is suitable for the washing and thermal disinfection of laboratory glassware.

The washer has eight programs of which two can be customised for the user’s specific application. Its disinfection cycle uses wash temperatures up to 93°C in order to provide thermal disinfection where required.

Operating on either one or two rack levels, the washer has a range of optional accessories which enable the treatment of various types and sizes of laboratory glassware including measuring beakers, volumetric flasks, pipettes and various test tube sizes. Additionally, it has been designed to work with either normal or demineralised water for sites where glassware must be clean, rinsed and left absolutely free of contaminants.
