Scientifica Tiltable Objective Mount+ (TOM+) for in vivo two-photon imaging
Scientifica is expanding its multiphoton portfolio with the introduction of its next-generation Tiltable Objective Mount, designed to help researchers see more cells, more clearly, at any angle.
The Tiltable Objective Mount+ (TOM+) offers two axes of rotation, allowing for imaging from any angle whilst providing a huge field of view with high resolution across the entire image. This capability should allow researchers to visualise more cells and collect better data to answer their research questions.
Designed specifically for in vivo two-photon imaging using Scientifica’s multiphoton systems, the product enables the visualisation of areas and structures that are not accessible with vertically mounted objectives. This capability maximises experimental reach, opening more possibilities for detailed and comprehensive imaging.
Suitable for in vivo and behavioural experiments, the mount features ample space around the objective for easy integration of behavioural and other equipment around the specimen. This design provides immediate and long-term versatility. By being able to position the objective at any angle, the specimen does not need to be moved and remains in a safe, comfortable position, for specimen safety and comfort.
