Lonza supplies a variety of primary cells isolated from normal peripheral blood, cord blood and bone marrow along with media specifically developed for culturing primary immune cells.
Cells are available to fit specific experimental needs, with a large selection of donors and lots and multiple immune cell types are available from the same donor.
Cells are processed to ensure highly homogeneous populations with high purity (≥85%) and viabilities of 100% of the stated cell number per product label.
Primary cells include: CD41+ monocytes, CD4+ T-cells, CD19+ B-cells, dendritic cells, NK cells, mononuclear cells.
