TheraPEAK FGM-CD fibroblast growth medium - chemically defined and without phenol red and antibiotics - is designed to support the growth and proliferation of primary human dermal fibroblasts in culture.
The medium supports growth and proliferation of both adult and neonatal primary human dermal fibroblasts. Features include: maintains normal fibroblast characteristics comparable to serum-containing media; and supports growth of fibroblasts on tissue culture vessels from a variety of manufacturers with no requirement for pre-treatment with an attachment matrix.
The media is supplied in BulletKit format with basal medium and supplement for growth and proliferation. The media is suitable for further manufacturing or lab research use.
