Poietics human adipose-derived stem cell system

The Poietics human adipose-derived stem cell system provides 1 million viable cells cryopreserved in an ampoule with ≥95% purity.

Cells are isolated from lipoaspirate collected during surgical liposuction then cryopreserved from primary passage and are guaranteed to successfully expand through 5+ passages.

The cells are characterised and tested with a panel of known stromal, stem and hematopoietic markers.

They are claimed to differentiate down various lineages including: chondrogenic, osteogenic, adipogenic, myogenic, neural and endothelial.

The cells are tested negative for HIV-1, Hep B and Hep C and an optimised ADSC Growth Media BulletKit is available for cell maintenance and expansion.
