BioVision ToxOut Protein A (Sepharose) and Protein G (Sepharose) Antibody Purification Kits
BioVision’s ToxOut Protein A (Sepharose) and ToxOut Protein G (Sepharose) Antibody Purification Kits enable the purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies. The kits comprise Protein A and G covalently coupled to 6% cross-linked Sepharose beads.
The kits are ready to use for endotoxin-free IgG purification and immunoprecipitation. They have a high binding capacity and flow rate (>15 mg human or rabbit IgG/mL of settled resin), enabling rapid purification of IgG from serum, ascites and cell culture media from various species such as human, mouse, rat, goat and rabbit.
