Cayman Chemical Anti-Inflammatory Screening Library

The Cayman Chemical Anti-Inflammatory Screening Library consists of three plates and contains approximately 235 anti-inflammatory and related compounds in a 96-well Matrix tube rack format as 10 mM stock solutions in DMSO.

The library includes inhibitors of pro-inflammatory cytokine production, macrophage and T cell activation, cytokine storm receptor signalling, the NLRP3 inflammasome, NF-κB signalling and kinases involved in canonical and non-canonical inflammatory signalling pathways. It also includes corticosteroids, glucocorticoids and inhibitors of enzymes involved in inflammatory lipid mediator production and metabolism, such as COX-1 and COX-2, 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO), microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1), cytosolic phospholipase A2 (cPLA2) and soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH).

Additional targets include enzymes and receptors involved in NETosis, coagulation and platelet aggregation.
