Enzo Life Sciences SCREEN-WELL Autophagy library
Enzo Life Sciences’ SCREEN-WELL Autophagy library contains 94 compounds with defined autophagy-inducing or -inhibitory activity. Compounds are dissolved in DMSO or water at 10 mM and aliquoted into deep-well plates at 100 or 500 µL per well. A variety of structurally and mechanistically different compound classes are included.
The library is a useful tool for studying the roles of pro- and anti-autophagic molecules in cells as well as for use in in vitro applications. It is distributed in Australia and New Zealand by Sapphire Bioscience.
