The ALBAcheck-BGS range of sensitivity controls is derived from a pool of donations containing a weak anti-c(2252), weak anti-Fya(2253), weak anti-K (2254) or weak anti-E(2255). They are intended for use as a sensitivity control to confirm that the techniques and technologies employed in routine testing are capable of detecting weak IgG antibodies. These reagents can also be used as a test of operator proficiency for staff training.
